Inner Door Panel assembly system

Motorized pallets travel autonomously along a passive track, stopping at each station for assembly operations.
The image above shows a station protected by light curtains, before pallet arrives.
The track has been tilted to 65 degrees for improved ergonomics.

The same system with the track laid horizontally.
One pallet is shown exiting the heat-staking process.
The pallet is approximately 4' x 8' and holds two inner door panel assemblies (F-250).
The pallets are large exterior frames that allow the parts to be rotated 360 degrees.
Parts are assembled and then flipped (rolled 180 degrees) before heat-staking.
